Java Developer - 3 Positions

We are looking for a very talented Java Developer to help us in the development of our existing network security application and future applications based on our peer-to-peer software architecture.
Preference will be given to smart, motivated, personable engineers with new ideas for implementing compact and defect-free software. We are looking for top candidates that will resonate with a small group of elite engineers.
Candidate should have a thorough knowledge of the Java 5 development platform (including familiarity with generics) and a solid understanding of the organization and operation of networks. The ideal candidate enjoys the demands, fast pace and frequent release schedules of a start-up.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Java 5 or 6.
- Expert knowledge of one or more additional programming languages a plus.
- Knowledge of the following tools a plus: maven, eclipse, TestNG.
- Experience with distributed systems a plus.
- Experience with peer-to-peer application development a plus.
- Strong Math background is a plus.
- Solid experience with Agile methods is a plus.
- Extensive practitioner-level knowledge of computer security is a plus.
- BS with advanced degree preferred (MS, PhD. in Computer Science, Math or similar).
