Gold Service: 5x12x365 (8AM – 8PM, M-F EST)

  • Dedicated CustomCare support team
  • Customer support via telephone, WWW & email
  • All software updates
  • All future releases of licensed product
  • All supporting updates, as appropriate (e.g. application signatures)

Platinum Service: 7x24x365

  • Includes all Gold-level services plus extended support hours for high priority installations.
