Red Lambda offers two simple levels of product support:
Gold Service: 5x12x365 (8AM – 8PM, M-F EST)
- Dedicated CustomCare support team
- Customer support via telephone, WWW & email
- All software updates
- All future releases of licensed product
- All supporting updates, as appropriate (e.g. application signatures)
Platinum Service: 7x24x365
- Includes all Gold-level services plus extended support hours for high priority installations.
